House Of Darwin X Square

Square and Going North joined forces last year to tell the largely untold history of Northern Territory business and trade; a story predating European settlement, brought to life through the lens of modern Indigenous business success story House of Darwin. 

The film was a labour of love, with the local production crew travelling via land, sea and sky from Gunbalanya in West Arnhem Land to Mandorah, Darwin & deep into the National Film and Sound Archives, to tell this captivating tale of enterprise.

The end result shares big ideas and having a crack in the ultimate love letter to the NT.
